The communication from the initial quote to completion was very good. My emails/texts were answered by either Rob or Shannon promptly. I was kept up to date with developments. I was also consulted regularly to ensure the work and the results were what I wanted. Rob also provided advice and ideas throughout the process and found solutions regarding my concerns which I was happy with. Home renovations can be daunting. Who do you choose? Not only must the tradesperson/s be competent, they must also be someone you can discuss your ideas with and trust with your house keys.
We chose Your Bathrooms. We are pleased we did.
We are delighted with the end result but moreover we are pleased with the cost. We did have a limited budget and Rob understood this and delivered a finished job which was excellent value for money.
We liked the way we could discuss the various options and ideas with Rob. We also liked the professional way in which Rob guided our choices when our ideas were not so practical. Rob and his team proved competent, understanding, friendly and trustworthy.
The house wasn't perfectly square so we were especially pleased that Rob's team was able to identify this and level out and true things up before commencing the tile work. Rob's tiling skills are, we believe, second to none and it is nice to see the walls all true and flat with the floors having just the right amount of fall to ensure proper draining in the wet areas without creating a risk of slipping.
Rob's team is expert in general building matters which proved most helpful in identifying building defects, which were fully explained to us, before being expertly rectified.
We were very pleased with the quality of work provided by Your Bathrooms and it's team of very competent subcontractors.
Your Bathrooms renovated our bathroom, ensuite, toilet and laundry, plus tiled the kitchen and adjacent living areas. We love it and visitors have also remarked how great it looks. We have no reservations in recommending "Your Bathrooms" for any tiling or wet area renovation work.
